Seapoint Rugby Club
The project was a proposed extension to the existing clubhouse with revised initial layouts for a proposed kitchen and dining facility within the main lounge areas.
It also comprised of revised changing room layouts with new shower & toilet facilities, including a referee and touch judge seperation facility with direct access to the pitches.
A weights room was also envisaged with the necessary gym facilities for the modern game.
