Retained as architects for the redevelopment of the lands at St. Agnes Convent, Armagh Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12 on behalf of the Religious Sisters of Charity.
The redevelopment for this important landmark site was the proposed use of the lands for Social & Community uses.
The ultimate aim of the congregation was to improve the infrastructure around the 4 schools at the St. Agnes campus of Scoil Una Naofa, Rosary College, the Music School and Scoil Eoin.
In addition, the convent building was redeveloped for a Charity and a 2000m2 Primary Care Centre with 90 senior retirement homes and a nursing home.
The developemnt commenced in 2011 and is due to be completed in 2021.
